Luna Body Co offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Read more in our Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds are processed within up to 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Finding the right fit can take time. That’s why we offer returns or exchanges simple and stress-free if your piece isn’t quite right. To start a return or exchange, please email our customer care team at info@lunabodyco.com with your order number, request and reasoning. Please note that any exchange provided as a complimentary replacement or goodwill solution (including free replacements where no return is required) is considered a final resolution for that order and is not eligible for further returns, refunds, or exchanges.
