Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible. Please note that returns cannot be accepted after the 30 day cancellation period. Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.

How to Make a Return — Step-by-Step Process

1. Contact Customer Support

Email us at info@lunabodyco.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return form and the return address. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled before delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

2. Prepare Your Package

Place the items you wish to return in secure packaging. Ensure they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Include the return form inside the package.

3. Ship Your Package 

Send the package to the return address provided using a reliable shipping provider with tracking. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that returning products is at your own risk. The company is not liable for lost or detained packages at customs during the return process.

4. Refund Process 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within up to 10 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, contact our customer service team, and we’ll assist you.

Please note that any exchange provided as a (complimentary) replacement or goodwill solution (including free replacements where no return is required) is considered a final resolution for that order and is not eligible for further returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@lunabodyco.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@lunabodyco.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.

Package lost / package returned?

If a package was lost or could not be delivered due to a logistical problem, we will send a new package immediately. Please contact our customer service team at info@lunabodyco.com.
